Exhibitors are welcome, and encouraged to join us for after hours events such as the Dinner, Auction and Trivia Contest on Thursday night. A prepaid ticket is required for the dinner, and anyone can then join us for the Auction and always intense, Trivia Contest.

The Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis is pleased to provide a group rate of $120.00 per room, per night, for single or double occupancy. In order to ensure the group rate all reservations must be called in by calling the group reservations office at (866) 828-9111 or (508) 771-7775. Don't forget to tell them you are attending MASSACHUSETTS LIBRARY ASSOCIATION to get the group rate.

Steps to Exhibit at conference:

1) Register! - Registrations must be received by March 31st to guarantee being in the conference program.

2) Internet - INCLUDED! Wireless Internet is available throughout.

3) Carpeting - INCLUDED! The hall is carpeted throughout.

4) Electricity - Can be ordered from the hotel using this form.

5) SER Information - Can be downloaded here.
Shipping, additional furniture, etc.

6) Shipping (other than through SER) - Can be ordered through Penfolds.
Note: The fees can all be found in the Inbound Package Handling Instructions and Fees button. All packages received more than 3 days prior to an event or not picked up more than 2 days after an event will be charged a storage fee.
